"Marketing Miner is a data mining tool for online marketers. Its functionality and power lies in its diversity and flexibility. Remember, this tool will not do amazing charts and neat reports for you. This tool can get firm data that anyone can build their marketing on, quickly and efficiently."
This tool works in three steps:
- 1. Data import by user.
- 2. Miner selections as well as data that a user wants to pass on for the input. The tool then takes the data, gets the output and after task completion, in favor of Marketing Miner, emails user the final report.
- 3. Data analysis and collected data processing.
In the first step, it’s important to think about what kind of input does a user wants to give to the miner. Marketing miner supports following inputs:
|Product names||Asus Zenbook UX303LA-RO593T|
For every input, there is a set of miners at user's disposal that are constantly ready to collect data.
Types of miners
Miners are divided, as per their type, into Keyword (queries), Domain, URL and Product miners:
And so a user has to first decide on the type of miners he wants to use, according to the input that they want to be processed. If a user wants to input phrases, then the Keyword Miner is used, if the user wants to process any URL, then URL Miner is used.
What kind of data does Marketing Miner help collect?
There are over 50 miners and every one of them is a separate source that helps collect data. A user only needs to make sure what kind of data do they need to collect for the input. The most used miners are:
|Search Volume (Example)||Collection of data like search volume about queries in Google and other search engines|
|SERP Position (Example)||Automatic check of domain positions on specific phrases in search engines|
|Plagiarism Checker (Example)||Detection on existence of duplicate texts on somebody else's URLs, based on imported sitemap or URL dataset|
|AdWords Suggest (Example)||Same suggestion of 800 phrases from AdWords as keyword suggestion in this tool. However, here, you can get data in bulk|
|Contact Finder (Example)||Automatic detection of primarily used email, contact website and social profiles, belonging to a given website.|
|Technology Detection (Example)||Detection of used CMS and many other technologies for imported URLs|
|Product Miners (Example)||Data on position, the lowest/highest price and lots more in the biggest international product comparison websites|
There are a lot of other miners and their different way of use. Procedures and instructions on how to work with them can be found in the following 4 categories, differing in specialization:
